SUPPORTING CHERRY TREES
Cherry Trees , our brilliant local children's charity, provides a fantastic service to children with complex disabilities and their parents, and relies upon charitable donations for a significant part of its income. So, while this event is free to enter, we hope that you will be happy to consider making a donation of some sort, either for entry or by buying a raffle ticket. A limited number of advance voluntary donation tickets are available - these are £10 per person. People who have made this advance donation will also get priority admittance to the Malting House in the event of rain: for this reason, advance voluntary donation tickets are limited to 100 people. There will also be the opportunity to donate on the day. Sorry sold out - but you are still welcome on the day THE CHARLEY FARLEY SUNDAY FOUR Our headline act, The Charley Farley Sunday Four (aka The Farleys), are well-known on the Surrey music scene. The Farleys (all five of them) have been performing in pubs, clubs, festivals and parties since 2008. Serving a smorgasbord of modern pop in the style of a bygone age the boys deliver their party fayre using drums, bass, banjo, ukelele, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet and four-part vocal harmonies. Their infectious skiffle/swing groove is guaranteed to get you dancing. DR PHIL Horsley resident Dr Phil brings his own style to an eclectic set of acoustic guitar based covers from the 80s & 90s. Audience participation is guaranteed. THE HORSLEY ALL STAR BAND Our closing act is an alliance of music club members, all musicians in other bands, coming together in glorious polyphony. The first set, led by Peter Earle, will morph seamlessly into a second set, led by Peter Warburton. Club members Mark Beasley, Malcolm Brickell, George Stein, Steve McGurk and Andrew Armstrong will provide support. INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT
