We put on a regular, diverse, programme of good quality live music events at venues in Horsley, large and small. We treat professional musicians with respect and pay them fairly. From great solo performers like Chris Difford and Steve Brookes, to top-quality tribute bands like the Counterfeit Beatles, Totally Blondie and Fleetwood Mac Songbook. Check out our events, past and present, here.
We have some great venues. The Nomad Theatre, East Horsley (professional theatre, seats 120); The Great Hall, Horsley Towers (seats 110); and our new 'home' venue, for acts at the acoustic end of the spectrum, The Malting House, at the rear of the Barley Mow, West Horsley (65 capacity). All venues have a bar. If you need a band or performer for your event, function, party or venue, we may be able to help you to book a band. Whether it's in your back garden or a stately home, we probably know a band, performer or group that will be just right for your event and budget. The Horsley Live Music Club is an unincorporated association - a not-for-profit community group that is run entirely by volunteers. The Club belongs to 'Making Music' (The National Federation of Music Societies) and has PLI (Public Liability Insurance) through their scheme. The officers are: Mark Beasley (Chair), Peter Earle (Treasurer) and Peter Warburton (Secretary). Contact us here. |
