Welcome to the Horsley Live Music Club
We're a group of music enthusiasts who are committed to keeping music live and local in the villages of East and West Horsley, Surrey. We're all volunteers and the Club is a not-for-profit association. We put on a regular, diverse, programme of good quality live music shows at a number of venues in Horsley. Our shows are for club members - if there are tickets spare, we also make them available to non-members. All our shows sell out very quickly.
We treat professional musicians with respect and pay them fairly. From great solo performers like Chris Difford, Hollie Rogers and Steve Brookes, to guitar legend, Albert Lee, top-quality tribute bands like the Counterfeit Beatles, Totally Blondie and Oye Santana, and up and coming singer-songwriters. Check out our events, past and present here.
"It was a privilege to play for you all. Incredible hospitality backstage and FOH. Sound and lighting superb. Thank you Horsley Live Music Club."
OUR VENUES
We have some great venues. The Nomad Theatre, East Horsley (professional theatre, seats 120); The Great Hall, Horsley Towers (110 seated, 140 part-seated); and our venue for acts at the acoustic end of the spectrum, The Malting House, at the rear of the Barley Mow, West Horsley (72 seated). All venues have a stage and bar.

MARK BEASLEY, FOUNDER & CHAIR (LEFT)
“I love live music and have played in bands since I was at school. In fact, I’m still playing today. The first band I promoted was a young band called The Vapors. All these years later, we’re still promoting talented artists: some known, some unknown. It’s been wonderful to find that my enthusiasm is shared by so many, just because we formed the Horsley Live Music Club.” |
PETER EARLE, FOUNDER & TREASURER (RIGHT)
“Life is for living and writing songs; and playing music with others provides the greatest buzz of all. Being an integral part of the amazingly successful Horsley Live Music Club has led to me playing with some great musicians and making friends with a whole new bunch of music fans. Who would have thought that was possible in our two little villages?” |
