IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT

• Location: The Great Hall, Horsley Towers, DeVere Estate, Ockham Road South, East Horsley KT24 6DU
• Date: Sunday 14th December 2025
• Tickets:  Tickets are £22 (inclusive of booking fee). Advance ticket sales only, via Ticketsource. We are unable to offer refunds or returns, there are no concessions and there is no resale facility.   Limited to six tickets per customer.    Click Here to book. 
• Bar: Bar open all evening from 7.00 – 11.00
• ​Timings: Doors open at 7.00. Disco 7.00 - 8.00.  TR5s on stage 8.00 - 10.00.  Disco 10.00 - 11.00
• ​Welcome Drink. There will be a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon arrival between 7.00 and 8.00. Subsidised Club Ale will be on sale
• Seating​. This is not a fully- seated event, although seating will be available in the Great Hall, the Bar and elsewhere. There will be a dance floor
• Parking. Car parking is free. Drive through the barrier and proceed to the far end of the estate. Horsley Towers is the large historic mansion house – use the main entrance
• Disabled Access. We regret that there is no disabled access. The entrance to the building is a set of steep steps. We will do all we can to help if notified in advance, but can accept no responsibility. 
• Adults Only. The club, its events and its music choices are intended for adults. If you bring children, this is at your own risk and responsibility. 
• Please note.  The music played will be at a volume commensurate with the nature of the event, the venue and the audience. It may sometimes be loud, but not excessively so. Most of the music played will be familiar, but some of it may not be. 
• Promoter. This event is promoted by the HORSLEY LIVE MUSIC CLUB. We are a not for profit  group of local music enthusiasts - all volunteers -  who put on regular music events in the Horsley area for our members and their guests. www.horsleylivemusic.com
